Four steps to selling your land
After completing our form and agreeing upon a purchase price, sellers can expect the following...
1. Execution of purchase and sale agreement between Buy Land Lots and seller
2. Provide purchase and sale agreement to title company to begin closing process
3. Seller notarizes and signs deed
4. Seller receives payment for their property in the form of a cashier's check or wire transfer​
